Morning Prayer for Monday Aug 10
We invite you to join in a brief (under 14 minutes) version of Morning Prayer, with a conversational reflection on the curious little story of the coin in the fish’s mouth (Matthew 17:24-27) and what it means to be children of the king. (Click on the underlined Morning Prayer above and it should open a link to listen).
The featured image is from the front of the Cathedral in Orvieto, Italy.

It’s a detail of a larger scene of the Baptism of Jesus.

Wishing you God’s blessings and joy on this day!
Hi you two,
Listened to your morning pray today for the first time! I thought it was very good I am going to try and get a few friends to listen also. When I listen to both of you, reading or preaching I get a very relaxed and I find myself concentrating on what is being said. Keep up the good work.
Godspeed Peter
