Morning Prayer for Thursday Aug 13
Welcome to a brief (under 15 minutes) service of Morning Prayer, with a conversational reflection on forgiving again and again and again . . . , based on Matthew 18:21-35. (Click on the underlined Morning Prayer above and it should take you to a link where you can listen).

Good morning Amy and Joe, What a blessing to receive your Morning Prayer. Harry and I listen each day. We are in Los Angeles awaiting the birth of our granddaughter. Listening to you both brings us such peace. We were in quarantine when we first arrived in California and are now enjoying our grandchildren. Your parishioners are so blessed to have you. I know they look forward to meeting you in person. Thank you for sharing.
With love and gratitude, Jean and Harry

this is such a tough subject..forgiveness…the step on the foot is easy to forgive. It is the really big hurts that challenge us. It is a process as you said Amy. i love hearing your voices to begin the day…

Thank you, Peace! What a blessing and gift to hear from you, and what a blessing that God is patient with us, even when we move very slowly through a hard process. It reminds me to be patient with myself and others as they are working on forgiving me and when it’s taking me awhile on my side too. Lots of love to you!
