Morning Prayer for Sunday October 11 Thanksgiving
Welcome to Morning Prayer from the Parish of Pasadena and Cormack! October 12 is Thanksgiving Day in Canada, so in the Church, we’re celebrating Harvest Thanksgiving on Sunday, October 11. In today’s service we are joined by parishioners Sabrina Short (reading our first lesson, Deuteronomy 8:7-18), Wanda and Milton Osmond (leading our prayers), and Ed and Debbie Humber (leading our music: Let All Things Now Living, Give Thanks, and Great is Your Faithfulness). Joe Pagano gives the homily, Thanksgiving, based on Luke 17:11-19 (Jesus heals 10 lepers; 1 returns to give thanks).
