We love to record Morning Prayer outside, but this week, we got to record parts of the service in a very special indoor place—the Butterfly House at the Newfoundland Insectarium in Deer Lake, NL. Our video can’t record the loveliness of all the butterflies flying past or stopping to feed on some flowers or fruit, but you’ll get a small sense of what it was like. Thanks so much to Lloyd and Sandy Hollett for welcoming us to record there. Thanks also to our reader for today, Kitty Rice, and our prayer leader, Kay Hounsell, and to our music leaders, Ed and Debbie Humber and Lloyd Hollett.

We’ll go back to the Insectarium soon, so we can visit the bee hive, leaf cutter ants, and, yes, the arachnids.
Thank you for joining us today!
